 Winemaking Process

– Harvesting: Manual harvest of the grapes

– Fermentation: Grapes are de-stemmed and softly pressed. The must is left to decant for 1–2 days, and only the clear part is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.

– Aging: The wine undergoes aging in stainless steel tanks with periodic bâtonnage (lees stirring) to enhance structure and aroma. Bottling occurs in late April or early May.
