The Nero d’Avola Bio from the Barone di Serramarrocco winery is a red wine of great finesse and complexity with a dark purplish color.
It comes from hand-picked Nero d’Avola grapes in the “Sakkara vineyard” and is aged in Allier barriques for 8 months.
Nero di Serramarocco has an olfactory bouquet characterized by intense aromas of ripe red fruits, alternating with balsamic notes of licorice, a slight spiciness and a slight mineral touch.
On the palate it is elegant and opulent, soft, warm and with a good backbone.
