For the production of the ‘tip of the knife salami’ we use only and exclusively the meat of the coast with a mixture of spices
The substantial difference that distinguishes this product is that the meats are cut in small pieces by hand by our butchers thus forming cubes of meat of about 2 centimeters
From this particular process, a coarse-grained product is obtained, with a very lively color and an intense flavor given to it by the seasoning and coarse size that enhances the meat
