Grape: Robolla Gialla.
The fermentation is carried out by indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
The wine is aged partly (95%) in stainless steel tank and partly (5%) in French oak barrels for eight months before being bottled.
Golden bright colour, shiny and very alive.
The scent is characterized by warm and enveloping notes of candy lemon, with a hint of lovely spiciness of white pepper blended with ripe fruit aromas, white peaches and a little bit of pineapple.
Taste is fresh and full with a beautiful mid creamy palate supported by a pleasant acidity and a fraction of tannins.
Hints of vanilla and buttery from malolactic and passage in barrique.
Great character.Organic.
Food pairing: White meat, fresh cheese like feta, buffalo mozzarella and fatty fish.
