How to use: no need to soak. We recommend a visual check of the product and washing with running water. Cook over medium heat in water (1 part of barley for 3 parts of water) for 30/35 minutes (20/25 minutes in a pressure cooker from the moment of the whistle). Add salt when boiling and season.
