Cascina Ballarin Nebbiolo is a full and enveloping wine of medium intensity ruby red color.

The scent is rich, fruity, elegant, with floral notes of rose and violet.

In the mouth it is refined, sapid, persistent with a marked sweetness typical of fresh Nebbiolo.

Excellent with beef, pork and chicken.

It pairs well with risotto, pasta and lasagna.

For appetizers, it’s perfect with cold cuts or cheeses.
