THE WINE

Golden colour with intense nuances. It opens with fierce notes of flowers on the nose – delicate dandelion, lily and broom and follows with ripe peach and syrupy apricot.
The taste is fresh and frank, recalling the fruity notes found in the bouquet. The finish is full of a pleasant acidity that cleans the palate.

FOOD PAIRING
Perfect both for the aperitif and full meal. It pairs very well with fried fish, cod, and winter and summer soups. Also great with white meat.
