Champagne Ruinart – Blanc de Blancs

The colour is a beautiful pale golden yellow with light green reflections. It is bright and luminous with a lively and persistent effervescence.

The first nose reveals a great intensity, with notes of fresh fruit, especially ripe citrus. The second nose presents delicate notes of flowers and white fruits (white peach).

On the palate it is soft, harmonious and of great roundness. Its vinosity is without excess, supported by an intense freshness. In the final notes of peach, citrus and a pleasant minerality emerge.

The finish is very persistent and refreshing.

A perfect Champagne for an aperitif, especially in spring or summer.

At the table it goes very well with all seafood and crustaceans, and is perfect with one
sea bass or sea bream tartare. Even a sole alla plancha is an optimal combination.
