Mela Bevo, the exclusive cocktail that opens up new contaminations between cuisine and mixology, created by the chefs of I.F.S.E.
Ingredients: 80ml pomegranate juice, 25ml “balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI” and pomegranate dressing, 1 teaspoon of honey, juice of half a lime, 30/40 fresh pomegranate seeds, top up of Tonica. Collins Ice Spears (Rectangular Ice Block), Tall Tumbler Glass, Decoration: Pomegranate Coral Wafer, Fresh Mint.
Preparation: pour the pomegranate juice, “vinegar of Modena PGI” and apples, honey and lime juice into the mixing glass, mixing thoroughly. Then add the fresh pomegranate seeds. Transfer the mixture to a tall tumbler already filled with ice, then add the tonic water until the glass is full. Finally, decorate with a coral waffle and a few leaves
