An aromatic and rich dressing, in which the natural extract of black truffle combines with the balance of our Dressing with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena creating unique and particular flavour nuances.
Usage tips:
On meat tartare, veal or pork scaloppine, risotto with Parmesan cheese and plain risotto, fresh and matured cheese, egg pasta, omelettes, quiche, polenta (cornmeal mush), pate, different fillings, on toasted bread seasoned with butter and anchovies.
