The Visintini Franconia is a red wine crafted by the Visintini family in Corno di Rosazzo, located in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of northeastern Italy. This wine is made from 100% Franconia grapes, also known as Blaufränkisch, a variety with origins in Central Europe.

Winemaking Process
– Harvesting: Manual harvesting of grapes
– Fermentation: Grapes are de-stemmed, crushed, and left to macerate for about 10–15 days in concrete tanks. During this period, pumping over and delestage techniques are employed to enhance oxygenation and extract color and tannins.
– Aging: The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 9 months, followed by additional aging in the bottle before release.
