Stuffed chilli peppers with tuna is a typical recipe from the south of Italy.
Locally grown round chilli peppers are first deseeded and then boiled in water and vinegar before being filled with tuna, spices and aromas and then preserved in oil, ready to be consumed as a starter or side dish.

Peppers, sunflower oil, tuna, bread (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), vinegar, capers, potato starch, parsley, salt.
