To prepare Round chilli peppers first we deseed and then boil them in water and vinegar before to fill them with tuna, spices and aromas and then put in oil
Excellent as a starter or side dish
Ingredients:
Peppers, sunflower oil, tuna, bread (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), vinegar, capers, potato starch, parsley, salt
Acidifying: lactic acid, citric acid
