The finish is persistent, with notes of ripe fruit and spices.

It is excellent as an aperitif.

Suitable for appetizers based on fish, shellfish and pâté, it is enhanced with hot and spicy dishes, and is excellent with vegetable first courses and white meat main courses.

Also magnificent at the end of a meal with savory cheeses.
