Select is made by carefully blending 30 botanicals, including juniper berries, for their balsamic and floral characteristics, with rhubarb root, which provides intensely bitter notes for balance.

Very intense, rich, with mainly bitter notes due to the roots and bark. Spiced and tropical aromas that combine with the citrus notes. Pleasantly persistent aftertaste with fresh, lively notes derived from the essential citrus oils.

Select Spritz

Select, with its refined aromatic profile and balanced bittersweet taste, is the essential ingredient for the Original Venetian Spritz, a drink topped, according to the traditional recipe, with a large green olive.

3 parts prosecco

2 parts select

1 splash soda water

1 large green olive

 

Pour cold prosecco into a wine glass over ice. Add Select, a splash of soda water and gently stir together. Garnish with a large green olive and enjoy in good company.

 

Garibaldi

 

150ml Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

50ml Select

Soda Water

 

Pour 50ml of Select  and half the orange juice into a hi-ball glass over 2 cubes of ice and stir. Fill glass with more ice and add the rest of the orange juice before topping with soda water. Garnish with an orange wedge.

 

Select Bellini

 

25ml Select

25ml Peach Puree

90ml Prosecco

 

Mix the Select and peach puree in a glass over ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with chilled prosecco. Garnish with an Orange slice.
