Roero Arneis Merica – Cascina Ca’Rossa

The wine is straw yellow in color with greenish reflections.

Vinified and aged in steel, the wine is fresh and drinkable.

Its floral and fruity bouquet makes it delicate and pleasant.

On the nose there are in fact subtle hints of white and yellow flowers and notes of fresh fruit such as peach, melon and papaya, while in the mouth, the distinct flavor typical of the grape underlines its persistent minerality.

Excellent as an aperitif but goes very well with fish appetizers, cereal and vegetable soups and seafood first courses.

Also worth trying with tomini, grilled robiola and fresh cheeses.
