Château de Lavernette was founded in 1596 and today makes Pouilly-Fuissé and Beaujolais from their estate vineyards that drape the hillsides next to the winery

“Vers Chane” is a wonderfully natural style of Chardonnay – stepping beyond orchard fruits, the wine is reminiscent of green banana and summer crops, with the oak contributing baking spice and nutmeg
