The spicy oil Olives and Red and Green Chilli Pepper is obtained from the simultaneous pressing of freshly harvested Nocellara del Belice olives and Red and Green Cayenne Chilli Pepper. Our contemporary pressing condiments are the result of innovative research and repeated experimentation. We have thus created a condiment based on extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, pressed together with a variety of particularly spicy chilli pepper.
