Il Pesto Ligure SENZA Aglio- Frantoio Sant’Agata 180gr

A pesto like the one made at home based on extra virgin olive oil with Genovese Basil D.O.P. and Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. aged 30 months, without preservatives in compliance with the most traditional recipe. Also excellent in minestrone, to flavour your sauces, on boiled potatoes or hard-boiled eggs.

As fresh but with a long shelf life.

Product without garlic and not pasteurized.

Ingredients: Extra Virgin Olive Oil 63%, Concentrated Genoese DOP Basil 26%, pine nuts, salt, aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP (milk, salt, rennet), wine vinegar, acidity regulator: lactic and citric acid.
