Hailing from the hills of a tiny little village this is a wine with a subtle and elegant skin contact, distinctive aromas of hay, white peach, citrus and subtle salty notes. The only wine produced by this winery, on a rare 350m above sea level in Campania. Spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks with indigenous yeasts and maceration for more than 10 days. Biodynamic.
