“AULENTE” Rubicone Rosso IGT – San Patrignano (2017) – Emilia Romagna

Grape : Sangiovese.

Intense ruby red colour, with a bouquet with notes of rose, cherry and plum and a hint of spices. Complex on the palate and easy to drink with smooth tannins. Fermented in stainless steel at controlled temperature to preserve the fragrance and freshness of the variety.Aged for 6 months in large oak barrels.
